<p>Due to their separation, TV star Abhinav Kohli and Shweta Tiwari are engaged in a protracted struggle. The actor recently said that his ex-wife reportedly prevented him from seeing his kid Reyansh for the previous nine months. In the Bombay High Court, he has once again petitioned for permission to see his son.</p>

<p>Abhinav, who lives in a separate tower inside the same society complex, claims he hasn’t seen his kid in nine months. He continued by saying that the day of Makar Sankranthi in January was when he last saw Reyansh. He said that he was spending time with his kid at the social complex while reflecting on the day. While everyone else was flying kites together, Shweta’s assistant suddenly began grabbing Reyansh with force, and when he attempted to stop him, they got into a brief heated exchange.</p>
<p>He further said that Shweta had stopped allowing him see his kid after the event and that she was not in Mumbai that day.</p>
<p>Additionally, according to Abhinav, the Love Hostel actress displayed a phony counsellor’s report claiming that Reyansh is afraid of him. Reyansh encountered him unexpectedly four times in the last nine months and was never terrified of him, according to his allegation that there is no truth to this. Additionally, he said that Shweta is intensifying the situation to keep their kid away from him.</p>
<p>She isn’t even permitted to video chat with Reyansh, he continued. Reyansh spent a month with him and his mother in October 2020 when the actress was unwell, and when Reyansh refused to go, Shweta vanished.</p>
<p>He had brought a lawsuit against her in the High Court to get Reyansh, but in the 2021 decision, the court granted Shweta custody since Reyansh was under 5 years old. The court also let Abhinav to speak to his kid through video contact on the weekends. He said that she often interrupted their video conversations in the middle and prevented him from seeing Reyansh alone.</p>
<p>“I pleaded with Shweta to meet my kid in more than 100 emails, but she would not budge. I was even prepared to fall on my knees in front of everyone to meet my kid, but she disagrees,” he stated.</p>
<p>He even claimed that they were still wed and that their separation was not a formal divorce. The actor must agree to co-parent, said Abhinav, before he is willing to go through with the split.</p>
<p>Abhinav said that he has never treated their kids unfairly. “Palak may be my stepdaughter, but I have never treated her differently, and I have always performed my fatherly responsibilities and will do so in the future. My sentiments as Palak’s father for her have never changed, despite the fact that she and I do not communicate well,” he said.</p>
<p>After being married in 2013, Abhinav Kohli and Shweta Tiwari divorced after she accused him of domestic abuse.</p>
